Zachary T. Webber, an associate at the firm, practices both litigation and transactional law, primarily in the area of civil litigation, having experience in contractual matters, real estate, landlord and tenant disputes, collection matters, and banking. Zachary also has experience in LLC formation, lease agreements, probate issues and estate planning. 

Zachary received his law degree, cum laude, with Honors, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Zachary was admitted to the University of Tennessee’s three-plus-three program, which allowed him to graduate early from the University of Tennessee and be admitted to the University of Tennessee College of Law in lieu of a senior year as an undergraduate. During his time in law school, Zachary was published in and served as an editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Zachary served as a student attorney in the law school’s legal clinic specializing in criminal record expungement. Zachary also received an award for academic excellence for earning the top grade in legal remedies. Zachary spent his summers off from law school serving as a intern for the Hamilton County circuit court, and at Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott & Cannon, gaining valuable experience with various civil litigation issues. 

Prior to law school, Zachary attended the University of Tennessee receiving a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Psychology. During his time at the University of Tennessee, Zachary worked as a peer preceptor in the history department and played for the University’s club soccer team.
