As a senior executive, he represented the FBI as the principal liaison to the National Security Agency and United States Cyber Command, led the FBI’s internal cyber security and created the FBI’s first business management section overseeing the FBI’s IT infrastructure business practices. Jason worked closely with all major US agencies involved in cyber investigation and defense. Jason’s extensive operational and liaison experience provides an invaluable resource to clients desiring to prepare for and respond to significant cyber events.

Prior to working for the FBI, Jason was an Assistant District Attorney General in the Davidson County District Attorney’s Office. His experiences ranged from simple misdemeanor prosecutions to homicides and other major felonies and included dozens of jury and bench trials. As a former special agent and a prosecutor, Jason uses the insights he gained to serve his clients in the criminal defense arena.
