Justin B. Faith Selected for TBA’s Class of 2018 Leadership Law Program
CHATTANOOGA, December 13, 2017 –
Chattanooga-based law firm Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott & Cannon, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Justin B. Faith has been selected to participate in the Tennessee Bar Association’s Leadership Law (TBALL) program, a highly competitive award-winning six-month leadership program for the legal community.
Mr. Faith and other emerging leader attorneys will interact with judicial, legislative, community and bar leaders from across the state and nation to learn about leadership in the legal profession, issues in the courts, policymaking in government, and the importance of community service. Mr. Faith was one of only 30 attorneys chosen from across Tennessee to participate in the Leadership Law program. The class will meet for its first session in January and will graduate in conjunction with the TBA Annual Meeting and Convention in Memphis on June 14-15, 2018.

Mr. Faith practices primarily in the areas of civil business litigation and estate administration. He has experience representing both businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and business disputes, construction matters, employment law, municipality issues, trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, and various other types of legal matters. Mr. Faith received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law with high honors, magna cum laude , and his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville with high honors, magna cum laude. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Faith served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable W. Frank Brown (retired) and the Honorable Jeffrey M. Atherton of the Hamilton County Chancery Court. Since entering private practice, Mr. Faith has been heavily involved in the Bar and in related community service events.
